We know how important it is to communicate quickly and efficiently with your clients, which is why we are delighted to introduce our newest innovation, EmailPRO.

If you’ve been using a free email service to send invoices, statements or prescriptions, you know that there can be problems with sending bulk mailouts. Important information can end up in your clients’ Junk or Spam folders, it’s hard to keep track of sent emails, and you can’t always tell if they have arrived at their destination or been opened by the client.

VetSCOPE has developed EmailPRO, a new premium service that allows you to send and track mails with ease.

Using EmailPRO you can send up to 15,000 emails a month, each email will be tracked and a report of delivered emails will be available. You will also be able to track whether an email has been opened or not, and undelivered emails can be highlighted allowing you to take further action, if necessary. Emails appear to the client as being sent from your practice account and replies can be routed back to any email address, this is no longer restricted to Gmail accounts.

VetSCOPE’s EmailPRO offers considerable savings compared to using traditional post and will help free up additional staff time too. Not only that, but using EmailPRO instead of traditional mail cuts down on paper waste, helping to improve the carbon footprint of your practice.
