MAILSHOTS
Contacting clients quickly has never been easier thanks to VetSCOPE. Imagine being able to select all the three-year-old labradors that got a particular medication in the last six months and sending an SMS to each of their owners in just a couple of clicks! With VetSCOPE you can do this with our easy-to-use, built-in SMS management suite.
Ad-hoc letters, faxes and emails can also be sent from within VetSCOPE to any client, supplier, referring vet or contact. All sent correspondence is stored within the VetSCOPE system and is date and time stamped.
REFERRAL LETTERS
Send a letter outlining conditions and clinical notes to a referral practice using just one click. Letters automatically include the animal’s details and can be sent by email from within our system.
SMS REMINDERS
Send booster reminders by SMS or email, or you can even print labels and letters if you prefer more traditional methods. By using SMS these reminders reach your clients immediately, are substantially cheaper than using traditional mail and are less time-consuming for practice staff.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT – CRM
Using the CRM section in VetSCOPE allows you to keep a record of all conversations with your clients, suppliers and contacts. All correspondence sent through SMS, email or letter will be stored with a date and time stamp, providing you with a comprehensive client contact history.

VetSCOPE enables accounting data to be stored safely within the system. This can be easily retrieved and used to generate accurate and informative reports on the KPIs of your business. Because you don’t need a separate accounts package, to pay associated support fees or train staff on another system, our integrated accounting software is as cost-effective as it is easy-to-use.
