The VetSCOPE App has been designed for the busy veterinarian on-the-go. You can enter billing and prescriptions on your phone or iPad, send emails or print to a wireless printer, and all with no expensive additional hardware required. The VetSCOPE App is suitable for use on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch meaning you can stay on top of the needs of your practice, even when you’re not at your desk.

VetSCOPE App

Use the VetSCOPE App to take your office on the road with you, safe in the knowledge that all records will be automatically updated across the system. We know that busy practices mean time spent out of the office. With the VetSCOPE App you can access all you need to ensure things keep moving when you’re on the move.

Purchase Invoice Processing (PIP)

Purchase invoice processing (PIP) is an exciting new service available through VetSCOPE. PIP gives you full access to wholesalers’ price lists and allows you to order stock through any VetSCOPE computer in your network, even while on the move.

Electronic Signature Processing (ESP)

Prescriptions generated on the main VetSCOPE can be reviewed and signed using  ESP on iPhone or iPad. Dosages, duration, withdrawal, batch number and expiry dates can be checked and altered as required.

  • Automatically view unsigned prescriptions for today
  • Display client name and address
  • Display POM only medications (hiding non POM items)
  • Highlight expired items
  • Review and change POM details, dosage, duration etc.
  • Display prescription number for attachment to bottles
  • Sign prescription using finger or stylus
  • Email signed prescription direct to client using stored email address
  • Automatically store signed prescription in VetSCOPE for later retrieval and proof

Electronic Client Signature

High value drugs, medications and ancillaries are handed over the counter to clients every day. Ensure quibble-free payment by getting customers to sign for what’s received, whether paid for or not.

  • Select transaction to be signed in VetSCOPE on any computer and this is ‘pushed’ immediately to the iPad or iPhone for signing
  • Customer signature captured using finger or stylus
  • Actual signature stored in VetSCOPE with date and time stamp for future retrieval and proof
  • Original signed delivery note can be printed or emailed to client

Stocktake

Using ESP and the Stocktake function a review of current ‘live’ stock levels can be conducted.

  • Scan barcode or search by name to identify stock
  • Stocktake by branch
  • Display current ‘live’ stock
  • Adjust stock by outer quantity
  • Preview stock adjustment before applying

SignDoc

Allow your clients to electronically view and sign consent forms on an iPad or iPhone. The signature is captured in VetSCOPE along with the date and time it was signed, ensuring you maintain complete and comprehensive records.
