VetSCOPE Users can now purchase their SMS credits directly from the VetSCOPE website at any time of the day or night. From your browser click on the SMS Credits button on the top navigation bar to be brought to the purchase window.
By entering your credit card details into the Payments screen, the system will generate a token for 1000 credits which can then be copied into VetSCOPE to top up your SMS balance.
To purchase more than 1000 credits please enter the quantity you require; 1 = 1000, 2 = 2000 etc and the payment will be reflected accordingly. If more than 1000 credits are purchased an individual token will appear for each 1000 credits.
Copy and Paste each token separately from the Token Issued screen into the SMS screen in VetSCOPE and press the Apply Token button after each. This will apply credits to your SMS account. Check the SMS balance by clicking on the SMS Balance button.
A copy of the token will be emailed to the email address you used and also sent as a text to your mobile number. A copy of the receipt of payment may be obtained from the token screen or from the email.
